LVASC established its appraisal career on October 8, 2007 as Lineage Realty and Appraisal Services, a single proprietorship appraisal business with DTI Registration No. 00240696. Over the years, the firm has conducted real estate appraisal and consulting projects for a variety of institutional, governmental, developer and corporate clients nationwide.

On February 2012, the company was amended and became one of the industry’s newly-formed corporations.
